Users and plans
Registered users reflect the current effective plan. Usage reflects the plan recorded during collection. A user who changes plan can appear in more than one row; the overall active total counts each user once.

Resources and queue are sampled every 5 minutes. CPU and network describe the interval between samples; RAM and disk are point-in-time readings. Maximum means the highest recorded sample, not every instantaneous peak.
Access activity is counted once per user, category and UTC hour, including authenticated application requests. It is not a count of sign-in actions. Historical data starts when collection is enabled; missing data is never displayed as zero.
Processing durations come from the engine and are not CPU-hours or billed costs. Job events represent observed transitions; processing start can be observed after the engine actually starts.
